District Governor, District Governor-Elect and the three most recent Past District Governors serve as the Board of Directors. The District Governor serves as the Chair of the Board. The Vice Governor serves as the Vice Chair of the Board.
District 5910 Bylaws were adopted 4.17.2023 to be enacted 7.1.2023.
