March 1, 2021, is the deadline to submit nominations for the District 5910 Roll of Fame.
Below are copies of the District's Nomination Form which includes requirements for Role of Fame nominees and Master List of the Previous Roll of Fame Recipients. Please attach a picture of the nominee to the application for use in the Powerpoint presentation.
Please have your club review its membership and, if appropriate, nominate one Rotarian that you feel deserves our District's highest honorary award. Prior recipients are not eligible for a second award. The nominee should be able to attend the District Conference (Covid dependent) later in the spring to receive the award in person.
