The deadline for submitting District Grant Final Report is TODAY, May 1, 2021 You may use either the pdf or Word version available on the District website.(website tab "Service" and "District Grants" on drop-down menu.)  Please remember to attach copies of supporting documentation including receipts, invoices, bank statements or canceled checks (remember to redact bank account numbers), and photographs showing “Rotarians At Work” on your project.
