Dear Club Presidents and District Committee Chairs,

One of the main features of the Rotary District Conferences is the “Hall of Friendship” – a place where conference participants view displays from different committees and clubs, highlighting their respective projects and club programs.  It is also a wonderful place for Rotarians to meet and exchange ideas and stories of their work in Rotary.

On behalf of the Rotary Clubs of Galveston and Galveston Island, we invite you to participate in the “Hall of Friendship” during our District Conference at Moody Gardens in Galveston, held April 27–29, 2012.

Display tables for the “Hall of Friendship” will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We will have 15 (if requested up to 25) tables for our use with a size of 6 feet by 30 inches. The rate is a flat $25.00 per table (with an additional charge of $40.00, if you need electricity). The “Hall of Friendship” will be open throughout the entire weekend of the conference.

Reservations can be made by mailing the reservation form, together with a check, to: Rotary Club of Galveston, P.O. Box 810, Galveston, TX 77553. You will receive a confirmation of the reservation by e-mail.

Let us know if would like to reserve a table for the “Hall of Friendship” no later than April 15, but remember that reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

We look forward to seeing you in Galveston.

Randy Klibert
Chair, Hall of Friendship Committee
