District 5910 USA and New Zealand

The visiting Kiwis (the New Zealanders, not the fruit!) are: Rotarian team leader Jackie St John, Environment Lawyer; Anna-Marie Cowan, Vet nurse; Anne Batchelor, Primary school teacher; Dan Hellyer, Accountant; and Pip Cawthorn, Graphic design artist.

The team starts their exchange on 8 April with a stopover in San Francisco and then begin their GSE journey in Houston Texas on 11 April.  Support them by following their blog: www.otagototexas.tumblr.com; checking them out on Facebook: /Rotary Group Study Exchange to SE Texas;  and emailing them at: otagototexas@gmail.com.  If you meet them as they travel around the District they're keen for you to say 'Howdy' and ask them about life in Aotearoa ("the land of the long white cloud") – they reckon it is "Sweet As" ("cool", "awesome").

D5910's GSE team will return to NZ on the same flight as the Kiwis on 9 May.  You'll get a chance to see presentations from both teams at D5910's District Conference from 1-3 May.

The GSE team members from District 5910 will travel to New Zealand from May 7 to June 6.
