Year end Assembly / All Club Training (Beaumont)

There are 2 Training dates to pick from to give Rotarians the option to attend one closest to home. The same material will be covered in Bryan and in Beaumont. Pick the date/location that's best for you and your Club members.

Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. - Call to order at 9:00 a.m. - Meeting ends by 12:00 for lunch fellowship on your own around town

Who should attend:

• Incoming Club Officers
• Committee Members
• New Members, Interested Members, and Potential Members

Purpose of the District Assembly:

• To prepare incoming club leaders for their year in office and build their leadership team
• To give the district governor-elect and incoming assistant governors and district committees the opportunity to motivate club leadership teams and build their working relationship
• To provide members of Rotary clubs the opportunity to learn more about the different programs of Rotary and to have the opportunity to become involved at the club and district level
• To provide a fellowship experience for the members of different Rotary clubs of District 5910
