OFFICIAL NOTICES

Dear 5910 Presidents,

 

We will conduct an election of our 5910 representative and alternate to the Council on Legislation at our District Conference in Lufkin this April 21-23. This will put us in compliance With RI Article 8. Any club in the district may nominate a qualified member (Past District Governor) of any club in the district where such member has indicated a willingness and ability to serve. The club shall certify such nomination in writing above the signatures of the club president and secretary. This nomination is to be forwarded to the governor for presentation to the electors at the district conference.

Re: Official Notice-District Governor 2019-2020 Selection

 

Dear District 5910 Club Presidents and Secretaries,

 

I declare Elizabeth Ann (Betsy) Robinson to be District Governor for 2019-2020. Betsy was selected by the Nominating Committee on March 4, 2017. No additional nominations were received in the 10 day period following the official notification sent to all club on March 5. 2017.
