Luke Finney is attending the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London, England. He is sponsored by the The Woodlands Rotary Club and his Rotary Sponsor is Rotarian Mark Cole. Luke graduated from the United States Navel Academy with a B. S. degree in Aerospace Engineering and a minor in Russian. While abroad, he will pursue a program in Development Studies. Luke indicated that the upcoming year will provide a valuable civilian experience to complement his military training and career.
